Made with honey from the Sonoran Desert, Korean Gochu peppers, and Habaneros. This sauce was designed originally as a wing sauce, It pairs beautifully with most tacos. Great on elote and if you hate boring Ramen a few splashes and you’ll want another bowl.
Chicken Spice mix that was designed for Pollo Asada it also works great for a quick pan cook for chicken tacos. And it is our dry rub that we overnight our chicken before smoking. On the grill El Gallo Negro will caramelize bringing the deep flavors with a hint of sweet.
